VHF Operator's Certificate

Did you know that it is illegal to operate a VHF radio without a license? Learn how to communicate and handle emergency situations on a VHF marine radio. This short course will cover all aspects of radio operation.

PRE-REQUISTES None.

OPTIONS

Evening Classroom - Materials are handed out on the first night. During the first two nights the course material is taught. On the third night a review is completed with the exam following. Results are available on that night.

Home Study - The material is mailed out to you. You study at your own pace. Once ready you then call the school to book your exam date - either at a regular school exam night or by appointment during office hours.

Challenge - You are looking just to write the exam. No course materials will be sent to you. Simply call the school to book an exam date - either at a regular school exam night or by appointment during office hours.

FEE $60.00 + HST - Challenge
